
prawn potato pepper tumble
A Spanish-inspired collection of delicious things. The paprika and capers make everything else truly sing. It's a breeze to make and is a high impact lunch. Worth chowing down on and pretending you're somewhere else.
Ingredients
- 50 g frozen prawns
- 0.5 red pepper
- 0.5 red onion
- 80 g new potatoes
- capers
- smoked paprika
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
- Boil your new potatoes in salted boiling water until fork tender. Drain and set aside while you cook everything else.
- In a medium hot frying pan add the onion and pepper with a pinch of salt and pepper in a glug of olive oil. Cook down for 10 minutes, then add the prawns, cooked new potatoes, capers and paprika. Cook for a further 5 minutes until good and sticky.
