Ingredients
 

  • 50 g frozen prawns
  • 0.5 red pepper
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 80 g new potatoes
  • capers
  • smoked paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Boil your new potatoes in salted boiling water until fork tender. Drain and set aside while you cook everything else.
  • In a medium hot frying pan add the onion and pepper with a pinch of salt and pepper in a glug of olive oil. Cook down for 10 minutes, then add the prawns, cooked new potatoes, capers and paprika. Cook for a further 5 minutes until good and sticky.
